Ordering Instructions

  1. Select your desired product and add to cart
  2. Follow the checkout procedures
  3. After checkout, please follow the indicated link to send your photos and text to our web site.
  4. Alternatively, you can email your photos and text to the email address below.
  5. Digital photos should be no larger than 10MB in size and emailed to photos@customengravinginc.com.
  6. In the case of a hard photo you can mail to us at:

  7. Don't forget to reference your order and product number whether sending your photo through regular mail.
  8. If we have any questions we will contact you promptly to discuss your particular needs.
  9. We will supply you with a digital proof of what the engraved piece will look like at which time you can approve the artwork, or have us make whatever changes need to be made.
  10. We will ship your completed piece within 2 weeks of approving the artwork.
